03 · Before moving day
A short list for you.
- Keep passports, keys, jewellery and documents with you, not in the boxes.
- Empty and defrost the fridge and freezer the day before.
- Ask your building about lift bookings and any move-out permit.
- Keep a parking spot free near the entrance for the truck.
- Set aside a small box of first-night things: chargers, medicine, kettle.
- Tell us about anything you plan to pack yourself, so we can bring labels.

Yes. We work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so an office move can run on a weekend or overnight and your team starts Sunday at the new address. Tell us your preferred window when you message us.
The drive is roughly four to five hours. Including packing and loading, your quotation confirms the exact collection and delivery days.
Keep valuables, documents, medicines and chargers with you, empty and defrost the fridge a day before, and tell us about any parking or lift rules at both buildings.
